How do I plan my workouts ?

For good health we need a great workout regime that gives us right amount of energy to maintain our daily schedule and also helps us get a good night sleep.

So I start my day with workout for multiple reasons listed below-

1. Less traffic for outdoor activities

2. Pollution levels in control

3. Hormones secreted post workout makes you cheerful

4. I would know how much I need to workout to be set on my fitness journey and still be ready to face the day.

5. I would plan my meals accordingly

I have collated some data from Health app and the Pebble fitness tracker and that would show you trends in how I shifted from sedentary to healthy lifestyle.

A good sleep is result of a well planned workout.(data missing due to discharged device)
Walking is essential part of my workout regime.
Indicates how much time you stand on both feet while walking.
Active energy burned indicates the rate at which you will reach your fitness mark.
Average walking/running distance
Climbing stairs help in lower body and abdomen fitness.
Step length range is dependant on stride length i.e. variqble person to person
Heart rate should stay below 100 in normal conditions
Blood pressure levels should be in normal ranges indicated by my readings in the picture.
Oxygen saturation levels in the blood should be above 94% indicates good lung functioning
Walk steadiness measurements
6 month data on my step measurement indicates a growth in activity

Other than walking and running I go for cycling which is not documented in here but it accounts for 45 mins of workout.

The bottom line is that you should workout in the morning and should have daily monthly goals and you should track it properly with an activity tracker and that would get you fitter day by day.
