- Green Gram/Hari Moong soaked in water overnight – 350 gms
- Coriander chutney- 200 ml
- Ginger roughly chopped- 4 cloves
- Salt- as per taste
- Green chilli- 5-6 no.
- Olive Oil- 20ml
Serving 4-5 persons
- Add Green Moong, salt, Ginger, chilli in a mixer grinder and make a thick paste by adding some water
- Heat tava / pan and sprinkle some olive oil on it.
- Add the mixture in the tava and make a thin pan cake.
- Cook till its crispy from both sides.
- Serve Hot with Coriander chutney.
